Cockroaches are seemingly capable of speech, though their level of intelligence is questionable. Driscol the Count seems to have used cockroaches to deliver messages during his siege on Castle __________, and may be able to control them in other ways. Driscol was surrounded by dead cockroaches while exercising this control, so it's possible this method is fatal.
Cockroaches are highly amusing if located inside a cupboard.
